3DE: Education for Every Dimension of Life

3DE by Junior Achievement reimagines high school education by making learning relevant, engaging, and connected to the real world. Through project-based instruction and partnerships with leading employers, students tackle authentic business challenges, strengthen critical competencies such as collaboration, communication, and problem-solving, and see a clearer connection between what they learn in the classroom and their future opportunities.

The impact extends beyond academics. 3DE helps students build the skills, confidence, and aspirations needed to pursue postsecondary education and rewarding careers. By creating more equitable pathways to success, the model is helping young people expand their opportunities for economic mobility while developing the talent pipeline our communities and employers need to thrive.
